Customer Implementation Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Operations Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation Operations, you’ll be assisting the project management team in keeping the queue flowing and aiding in setups and configurations of our hardware.

A day in the life as a Customer Implementation Operations Specialist

• Manage project queues – process new account alerts and projects daily, ensuring timely project setup, accurate subscription workflows, and proper assignment of resources.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally – work closely with Trainers and Project coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed, and assist with basic remote hardware setup for implementation projects.
• Keep documentation up to date – assist with creating and updating internal process documentation.

The salary band for this role is $50,000 – $56,000.
