POSITION PURPOSE :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Digital Marketing Services) responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring company growth.

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and enhancing the overall sales performance of the company.

Education & Professional Qualification :

Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed University.

Experience :

4 to 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct cold calls and sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales initiatives and achieve company objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, sales closing, and negotiating contracts.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product offering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
