Qualifications
Possess excellent customer service skillsHigh attention to detailKnowledge of MS Office suite, ADP / CDK or other shop software considered an assetTruck industry experience preferred.Bilingualism would be an assetPrevious experience of 1 -2 years in a parts role desiredAbility to work both day and evening shift considered an assetResponsibilities
Greet customers via drop-ins or phoneProvide timely responses to customer inquiriesObtain purchase orders, provide estimates and seek / provide parts ETASale cash transactionsCharge Parts to RO accurately and with complete informationUpdate RO with accurate parts ETAAlert Service when parts arriveMaintain records of orders and the amount, typeand location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory systemSeekalternate sources for out-of-stock itemsInventory managementParticipate in annual or cyclical inventory countsContribute and participate in all 5S initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
