Overview
We are seeking Automotive Service Technicians. Licensed or ready to write 310S license technicians will be considered. Ford experience is an asset but not a necessity. We are looking for a motivated team player that takes pride in their work. With our Shop Foreman, who has over 25 years of Ford experience, leadership and guidance is available to help ensure your success with our team.
Compensation is $36.04 per hour. Steady, consistent work with a well established, family owned and operated dealership.

Responsibilities
- Follow all Ford-specified repair guidelines to the accepted quality levels.
- Perform all repairs and maintenance designated to you.
- Maintain a pleasant attitude and ability to work well with all members of staff.
- Perform a visual inspection of vehicles and recommend service/repairs as required.
- Communicate vehicle repair/maintenance needs to the service team accurately.
- Road test vehicles before and after repairs for thorough diagnosis and to confirm quality repair completion.
- Ensure proper warranty protocols are being met (punch times, Cause/Concern/Correction, warrantable defects, etc.).
- Adopt a safety-first attitude (e.g., ensure wheels are properly torqued after tire swaps).
- Arrive to work on time and ready to work.
- Provide own personal tools and tool box.
- Maintain and provide a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Complete all required Ford and dealership training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience (Required).
- Valid 310S license or willingness to obtain.
- Own/tools and tool box are required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform road tests and communicate findings clearly.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to warranty procedures.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional attitude.
