Marketing Sales Coordinator

Joinour client as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to spearheaddevelopment projects in the Real Estate sector. As a pivotal memberof the team youll work closely with the Marketing Director to craftand execute innovative marketing strategies that drive leadgeneration and support the success of the sales team and clients.

Your contributions will shape the marketing landscape of variouscommunities in Surrey and LangleyBC!

KeyResponsibilities :

• Developand manage innovative marketing programs that generate leads anddrive sales success.
• Collaboratewith the Marketing Director to execute strategic marketinginitiatives for Real Estateprojects.
• Foster strongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliverexceptional marketingresults.
• Manage multiple projectssimultaneously ensuring deadlines and budgets aremet.
• Create engaging content fordigital and traditional marketingchannels.
• Manage all social mediachannels ensuring consistent and compelling messaging acrossplatforms.
• Coordinate with allstakeholders related to marketing including sales teams externalagencies and vendors.
• Lead interiordesign consultants to ensure cohesive branding and design elementsacross marketing materials.
• Serve asa brand ambassador maintaining brand integrity and promoting brandawareness in all marketingefforts.
• Coordinating and schedulinghomeowner walkthroughs andpossessions.
• Utilize GoogleAnalytics and other tools to track and analyze marketingperformance.

Overallhaving general knowledge of full cycle marketing and mediamanagement (SEO Social Media Management Website Updates EmailMarketing Press and Communicationreleases).

Qualifications :

• PostSecondaryDegree / Diploma in Marketing Communications Business or relatedfield.
• 3 years experience in RealEstate Marketing
• Exceptionalorganizational skills with a keen attention todetail.
• Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills ("PeoplePerson")
• Ability to workindependently and takeinitiative.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftWord Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeof Google Analytics and basic Photoshop skillspreferred.
• Real Estate knowledge andexperience is an asset.
• Familiaritywith WordPress Adobe Creative Suite SEO or Social Media Marketingis aplus.
