About the Role

As a Data and Systems Analyst co‑op, you will provide ongoing support to our nuclear and construction projects. You will collect, manage, and analyze data; develop automated workflows; perform statistical and process analysis; and deliver reports and training to project teams.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, manage, and interpret data to identify trends supporting project planning, training, and execution.
• Develop dynamic modeling and automated workflows based on data‑gathering techniques.
• Apply statistical and process analysis techniques to plan, train, and execute project phases.
• Support project teams in identifying and implementing process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, procedures, and processes as required.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and project teams.
• Liaise with vendors to develop new software, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade systems.
• Develop and roll out training for nuclear division on new software and technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in one or two commonly used nuclear division software (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
• Plan, schedule, and manage own time, coordinating with other project personnel.
