SLGA seeks a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator to support invoicing for Retail Store Permittees, Suppliers, and Producers. The role requires on‑site work and reporting to the Financial Consultant, Financial Planning and Forecasting.
Summary
The Billing Coordinator communicates with internal and external customers, processes daily invoicing, and provides administrative assistance, including customer research, billing setup, and correspondence preparation.

Working Conditions
Core office hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 45 p.m. Monday to Friday. This role is primarily desk‑based, with most of the work day dedicated to computer use, keyboarding, data analysis, and system navigation.
In the course of their duties, the Billing Coordinator may need to interact with customers who are experiencing frustration or dissatisfaction. They must demonstrate a commitment to safety by ensuring the well‑being of themselves and others within the workplace.
