Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Support
- Support Senior Consultants and Engagement Leads in preparing for client meetings and workshops
- Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing key decisions, actions, and follow‑ups
- Assist with client communication and coordination
- Take on increasing responsibility in facilitating components of client meetings and activities
Research and Analysis
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support client projectsOrganize and analyze data sets, identify patterns and insights, and synthesize findings for client deliverablesDevelop process maps, diagnostic assessments, benchmarking analyses, and industry / markets scansProject Coordination
Help manage project timelines, tasks, and documentationSchedule and coordinate internal and client meetingsSupport project management activities on larger engagementsDraft reports, presentations, and other client‑facing deliverablesCreate clear visuals to communicate complex informationEnsure documents meet firm standards for clarity, structure, and qualityOperational and Administrative Support
Coordinate logistics for client activitiesPrepare status updates, weekly reports, and project trackersWork collaboratively with colleagues on day‑to‑day project and operational tasksContribute to knowledge sharing by documenting methods, templates, and lessons learnedSupport firm leadership in coordination of general administrative tasksBusiness Development and Marketing Support

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting information clearlyExceptional organization, time management, and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams), including breakout rooms, screen sharing, and troubleshootingExperience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)Eligible to work in Canada and obtain federal government security clearancePreferred Attributes
