About the Role

As our new Technology Developer, you’ll join our small but growing team of technology developers who play a critical role in our continued success in the marketplace. As a 3PL company, we manage the transportation and warehousing for our customers in our Salesforce platform. Your role will entail developing technology and data solutions in various environments, including Salesforce, Power BI, Heroku, Boomi and Tableau; all with the aim to (i) improve the day‑to‑day customer experience, (ii) improve data visibility and user experience for our team, and (iii) develop novel tools and processes that will continue to differentiate us as a leading 3PL company.

What you will do, day to day :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data + software requirements, specifications, and user stories
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure quality and reliability
• Assist in evaluating third‑party technologies, tools, and services for potential integration; ensuring we are always innovating
• Leverage data to analyze sales and operational metrics to build useful dashboards for the respective departments
• Develop process‑automation tools and revise existing automations to continuously improve
• Learn and stay up to date on developments within the Salesforce ecosystem, become an SME on this tool
