The Role :
Our store in Prince Albert is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Dual Licensed Optician.
The Optician plays a critical role within Factory Optical and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers.
You will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care.
This position is a Full-Time, permanent role working up to 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needs
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Performing repairs and adjustments to customers' eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals
What Do You Bring?
- Provincial license or certification by a nationally or provincially recognized college as an optician (or close to completion of a program)
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
