Purpose of the position
The Stella residence is currently looking for of a day maintenance person, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.
Day shift, Saturday and Sunday from 8 : 00 to 4 : 00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Required qualifications :
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
