Compensation and Benefits :

  • We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a starting hourly wage of $21.50 - $27.00 per hour
  • All of our employees work directly for True Mechanical we promote from within and encourage future career progress.
  • True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.
  • True provides employer paid RRSP contributions for every hour worked This is your money - we provide the best pathway to invest it.
  • We will pay for your schooling!
  • A 100% employer paid industry leading extended health care package with an hourly value of $4.97.

Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

Experience :

1st year Apprentice : You are new to the trade welcome to your new career no prior experience is required.

2nd year Apprentice : 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 1 plumbing technical training.
