ORC, Canada's leading family health and wellness club is looking for a Membership Sales Representative who excels in providing customer service, is sociable, energetic, self-motivated, and available to work flexible / full-time hours including evenings / weekends.
Role / Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and is enthusiastic about sharing the benefits with others.
They should be prepared to take initiative and assess the needs of prospective members and match them with programs and services within ORC's club culture.
The Membership Sales Representative will :
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals and community groups.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members
- Meet monthly goals including tours and new sales revenue
- Prepare and complete administrative duties in accordance with club / departmental standards
- Assist in managing a member retention program
- Handle member concerns and questions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fitness and / or racquet sports is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- General mathematical skills
- Flexible schedule Available evenings and Saturdays or Sundays
- Previous sales experience an asset
- Efficient in computer technology as it relates to member management, data entry, online registration.
- College Diploma / University Degree
