The challenges that await you
Under the authority of your manager, you are responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and proper functioning of the network infrastructure, including networking equipment, wireless, cellular, IP and traditional telephony, and radio communication.
In this capacity, you provide technical support for hardware and software issues involving networking and participate in implementation or improvement projects for communications.
You are in contact with internal clients and must work collaboratively with other teams in the innovation and technology department.
