Summary of Position

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, change over, dismantle, and reassemble a range of packaging machines such as bottling, blistering, vialing, and printers.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and resolve issues quickly to reduce downtime and keep production on track.
• Verify packaging materials against the work order using FIFO practices to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Carry out cleaning and line clearance per standard operating procedures to support compliance and minimize cross‑contamination.
• Support routine maintenance tasks and recalibrate scales and sensors as needed to ensure consistent accuracy and machine performance.
• Conduct in‑process checks (IPCs), packaging tests, and batch reconciliation to ensure all quality and GMP standards are met.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in line with cGMP standards and elevate any packaging issues or product defects.
• Work alongside Packers, Production Leaders, and Maintenance Technicians to meet production targets and support overall line performance.
• Replenish packaging supplies including films, hoppers, and materials to keep lines running efficiently.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members or Operators as required.
• Follow all safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures as outlined by internal systems and regulatory requirements.
