Assistant Controller
Salary : $110K
Location : Downtown Vancouver, BC
Our client in Downtown Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Director of Finance with day-to-day financial operations and participate in dynamic new projects.
This role is perfect for a CPA with at least 7 years of combined Public Practice and Industry experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements and investment reconciliations.
- Assist in project financing, analyzing options and structuring deals.
- Support tax planning and trust accounting for regulatory compliance.
- Take a hands-on role in preparing financial documentation and files.
- Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to maintain compliance.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
