Role Overview
The Customer Order Associate provides administrative and operational support to assigned locations while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is responsible for managing customer account documentation and scanned data, ensuring internal procedures are followed accurately. The associate addresses customer inquiries, resolves service-related issues, and escalates more complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Perform daily audits of driver logs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support internal projects, review procedures, and analyze customer data to improve participation, engagement, and revenue
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management
- Process service confirmations
- Coordinate shipping of supplies, equipment, parts, and documents (e.g., courier shipments, RFP materials)
- Reschedule missed services as required
- Open, review, and distribute incoming mail
- Support vendor setup, communication, and local coordination
- Maintain equipment lists and process deliveries
Payroll Administration
Enter, review, and audit weekly time and attendance records prior to departmental approvalBilling and Accounts Payable
Manage exception-based billing accountsReview vendor invoices for accuracy and completenessEnsure proper coding to the correct location and general ledger accounts with management approvalBatch and submit invoices to Accounts PayablePerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferredMinimum of 2 years of administrative experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointSkills and Competencies
