Maintenance Electrician

the Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated safely and correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment.

He / she will ensure that equipment is operated within process specifications and that good quality product is produced at all times.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all planned maintenance (Preventive & Predictive) assigned in a timely manner and use Computerized Maintenance Management System to log in all planned, reactive and emergency activitiesRepair and capture detailed root cause and countermeasures of breakdowns and communicate effectively to management and peersEnsures effective and timely on-floor support to the maintenance department members, including regular, off-shift and weekend coverage as requiredAssist in the on-going improvement of work order systemAble to troubleshoot all electronics, electrical issues including PLC related issuesSupport the effort to develop and document maintenance procedures, one point lesson and implement a competency-based training program.

Works as a team member on small and large technical projectQualifications : Completion of high school education or equivalentAbility to work with CMMS;
