Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Wireless team. In this role, you will help shape pricing strategies that drive business results and create value for our diverse customer base. You will collaborate across teams to develop data‑driven pricing programs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that support both customer satisfaction and company goals. What You’ll Do
- Develop and evolve above‑ and below‑the‑line pricing strategies for specific market segments and customer groups
- Establish, maintain, and communicate clear pricing principles to support alignment across teams
Apply data‑driven frameworks to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on key metrics, including subscriber growth, hardware spend, and ARPU жетil
Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Base Management, and Prepaid to identify opportunities and maximize segment synergiesPrepare and present pricing proposals, performance updates, and insights to support informed decision‑making across teams and leadershipPlan and implement promotional initiatives, ensuring equitable value for all customer segmentsContinuously monitor and assess market offers to maintain competitiveness and fairnessIdentify and communicate upsell opportunities across features such as data, calling, long‑distance, roaming, and other servicesTrack pricing program performance against forecasts and business cases, recommending improvements as neededContribute to ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as opportunities ariseWhat You Bring
Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needsIndependent and collaborative mindset, with sound business judgmentEffective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiencesCommitment to fostering inclusive teamwork and valuing different perspectivesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Interest and aptitude in wireless products and technologiesWhat’s in it for you?
