Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Wireless team. In this role, you will help shape pricing strategies that drive business results and create value for our diverse customer base. You will collaborate across teams to develop data‑driven pricing programs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that support both customer satisfaction and company goals. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and evolve above‑ and below‑the‑line pricing strategies for specific market segments and customer groups
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate clear pricing principles to support alignment across teams

Apply data‑driven frameworks to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on key metrics, including subscriber growth, hardware spend, and ARPU жетil

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Base Management, and Prepaid to identify opportunities and maximize segment synergies
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, performance updates, and insights to support informed decision‑making across teams and leadership
  • Plan and implement promotional initiatives, ensuring equitable value for all customer segments
  • Continuously monitor and assess market offers to maintain competitiveness and fairness
  • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities across features such as data, calling, long‑distance, roaming, and other services
  • Track pricing program performance against forecasts and business cases, recommending improvements as needed
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as opportunities arise
  • What You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Independent and collaborative mindset, with sound business judgment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive teamwork and valuing different perspectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Interest and aptitude in wireless products and technologies

  • Schedule : Full‑time, Day shift
  • Length of contract : Not applicable (regular position)
  • Work location : Regional store locations, Greater Toronto Area, ON
  • Travel requirements : None
  • Background checks required : Canadian criminal record check, credit check, and driver’s abstract may be required
  • Weekend work required as needed
  • On‑site requirement : 4 days per week starting October 6 2025, increasing to 5 days per week effective February 2 2026
  • Interview Process

    15‑minute phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, and a final round virtual interview with the director of the team.
