Job Duties
- Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.
- Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
- Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Assists with shipping / receiving when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
What We Look For :
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Previous parts experience is an asset but not required - training will be provided.CDK experience is considered an asset.Strong automotive knowledge.Excellent customer service skills.Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.Ability to lift 50+ pounds.Strong communication skills.At The Humberview Group, finding great people who are enthusiastic and driven is most important.
