Maintenance Assistant (Seasonal), Lake Minnewanka

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full-time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of Lake Minnewanka Cruise while maintaining high quality standards
• Perform regular maintenance checks as assigned
• Maintain the upkeep of all buildings, grounds, small boat fleet, and docks
• Complete basic repairs and assist Managers with major repairs
• Encourage and participate in safe work practices
• Assist other departments as required
• Interact with coworkers, management, and guests
• Provide visitors with a high-quality experience, ensuring a high level of customer service is given to each guest
• Report to the Maintenance Manager and complete all projects and tasks as assigned
• Operate basic hand, power tools
• Operate fleet vehicles and trailers

Required Skills & Qualifications

The starting wage for this role is $24.00 / hour
