What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and CRM regarding orders, pricing, returns, and general supportResearch and resolve order and invoice discrepancies using critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAccurately process various order types (direct sale, consignment) via phone, email, and EDI, and confirm receipt with customersProactively manage open sales orders to ensure timely shipments and clear communicationCollaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Technical Service to provide seamless supportWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Post-Secondary EducationTwo years’ experience working in a call center / customer service environmentBilingualism (Fluent in both French and English, to include writing and speaking)How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
