Crafted Highlights
In the role of a Summer Field Sales Representative in Western Newfoundland , you will be part of the Newfoundland sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever‑growing, fast‑paced beverage industry. You will engage in real‑world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.
The contract is full‑time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full‑time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.
This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.
What You’ll Be Brewing
- Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics
- Merchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events
- Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community
- Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on‑premises customers
- You will be part of a small group that will be responsible for presenting key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer
Key Ingredients
You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degreeYou have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travelYou have a valid driver’s license with no limitations / restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract.
