Plant Manager

An excellent role on offer for a Plant Manager looking to join one of Canada’s largest manufacturers in their industry, where you will work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a senior role long-term.

Have you got strong management skills within manufacturing environment? Have you got experience with P&L (profit and loss margins?) Have you got a strong production background within manufacturing?

This global leading company specialize in manufacturing a variety of products to a range of different industries. They have 13 manufacturing sites across North America, and they have acquired two companies in early 2024. They have further expansion plans in place for 2025, and they are looking for a Plant Manager who will be pivotal to this growth.

In this role you will take complete ownership of this manufacturing plant, and you will have 5 direct reports. You will also conduct P&L, identify issues and resolve them and you will understand labour relations.

This role would ideally suit a Plant Manager from any manufacturing background, who is looking to work in a technically challenging role, whilst working for one of Canada’s largest manufactures.

$130,000 - $150,000 + Progression + Excellent Benefits
