Senior Advisor, Sustainability – G Mining Ventures Corp.

G Mining Ventures’ mission is to acquire, build, operate and explore sustainable precious metal mining operations using our proven "self-perform" approach, while prioritizing the health and safety of employees and host communities. Our goal is to grow GMIN into the leading Americas‑focused gold producer. We are currently constructing the Tocantinzinho Project in Para State, Brazil.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Sustainability, the Senior Advisor will provide technical and analytical support to ensure compliance with international sustainability standards, enhance environmental & social performance, and strengthen sustainability reporting across all operations. The role requires a strong understanding of mining sector sustainability standards, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to support effective implementation of sustainability initiatives across multiple projects and jurisdictions.

Working Conditions

Based at the corporate office in Brossard, Quebec, this position requires occasional travel to visit company operations or collaborate abroad (e.g., Brazil, Guyana).

Key Responsibilities

Standards & Compliance

• Support alignment and compliance with global mining sustainability frameworks (TSM, ICMI, Cyanide Code, GISTM, IFC Performance Standards, etc.).
• Assist in preparation of external audits, certifications, and verification processes.
