RESPONSIBILITIES : Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components. Setup and repair of printing systems and print heads.
Intermediate testing and troubleshooting. Ability to repair and maintain systems. Ability to setup and test systems. Evaluate and develop new technologies with the Product Manager.
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE : Basic hand and power tools. Intermediate level electrical testing equipment. Small jib crane operation - In-House Trained.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS : Train lower-level technicians for advancement to higher levels & also assist the management team and other technicians with a starting level emphasis on R&D related work.
Strong attention to detail and procedures. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good manual dexterity needed to assemble and work with small parts.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : Clean & organized shop environment. Overtime hours when needed.
Some lifting to 50 lb’s approx. Standing, sitting kneeling & crouching during job performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience.
In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
