Business Development Coordinator

Location : Greater Vancouver

We are a reputable light industrial and commercial construction company in the Greater Vancoover area looking for a Business Development Coordinator to strengthen client partnerships and help expand our presence across British Columbia and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong communication and networking skills.

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will :

• Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across commercial and industrial construction markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to strengthen our market presence.
• Represent us at networking functions, industry events, and client meetings.
• Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Work closely with leadership
