Sunbelt Rentals the fastest growing rental business in North America is seeking a Seasonal Yard Worker.

The Seasonal Yard Worker is responsible for filling 100lb propane bottles, ensuring all bottles are properly labeled and inspections are current, report tank volumes and bottle counts, moving bottles from storage area to dock for loading and assisting with loading and unloading bottles. Other responsibilities will include :

  • Keeping dock areas clean and clear of snow at all times or other debris / garbage
  • Work outdoors
  • May be required to help with other yard worker responsibilities.

    • Education or experience that prepares you for success :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
  • Some experience and / or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred

    • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities you may rely on

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
  • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Safety-focus

    • The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 100 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors when required by the job.
