com. Please reference Technical Program Manager. OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program manager who has a balance of a strong project management background and a passion for SAP S / 4HANA and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities : Lead the technical program management of our SAP S / 4HANA modernization program, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to define technical solutions and project requirements.

Utilize expertise in SAP S / 4HANA to drive architectural decisions, system integration, and data migration strategies.Leverage GCP or cloud expertise to define and lead the implementation of cloud solutions and infrastructure for SAP S / 4HANA.

Drive the adoption of cloud operating models, ensuring efficient and scalable operations for our SAP landscape.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP technologies, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP RISE, and provide recommendations for their implementation.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and solutions for SAP S / 4HANA implementation.

Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.Define and implement project governance and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project teamQualifications : Required : 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on SAP projects and infrastructure modernizationStrong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, including architecture, system integration, and data migration.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS methodologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its servicesFamiliarity with cloud operating models and best practices, including scalability, elasticity, and cost optimizationFamiliarity with SAP RISE and its implications for SAP S / 4HANA projectsKnowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SAP Analytics CloudProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs within scope, budget, and timelineExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate through ambiguity and drive resultsFamiliarity with Project management and reporting tools.
