About the Role

This full-time position requires flexibility with scheduling , including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management , including receiving, rotating, and storing food supplies
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste
• Support menu development and special event preparation when required
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs
• Adapt to changing demands in a dynamic hotel environment
