Billing Analyst (Marketing and Sales Support)
Location : Okotoks, AB (onsite position)
Full-time permanent position (local candidates only at this time)
Salary is $65-72K
Our mid-size construction industry client is looking for a Billing Analyst on a full-time permanent basis in Okotoks, AB.
This Billing Analyst role will be providing accounting, administrative and marketing support.
Accounting duties will include creating pricing forms, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, mailing invoices, freight reconciliations, purchasing office supplies and preparing bank deposits.
Administrative duties will include maintaining databases, answering phones, filing, and supporting internal sales staff.
Marketing duties will include data entry, conducting market research, performing analysis, preparing marketing communications, supporting trade shows, and adding sales contracts into the ERP system.

Requirements :
- 3+ years’ experience in an Accounting / Marketing support position
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organized and problem-solving skills.
