Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair all gas equipment used for heating, cooling, and ventilation mainly for domestic purposes, this includes operation of Hot Water Tanks as well.
- Refrigeration system installation as per applicable codes
- Hot gas and TX valve adjustments
- Refrigeration system troubleshooting & repairs.
- Communicate refrigeration issues and solutions with associates.
- Understands programmable controls and is computer literate.
- Trouble shooting Roof Top Air Conditioning heating units and Boilers.
- Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service, time management, fluent in English language with great troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Travel to customers’ homes within the time frames provided by the office.
- Perform cleaning / repair work as per the work order.
- Document the work done and recommendations.
- Invoice the customer and collect payment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Must have a G2 Gas License and 313 license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years direct experience in HVAC units repair and maintenance.
- Valid G driver’s license, satisfactory driver's abstract and access to a vehicle
- Strong prospecting and proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Passionate about sales / customer service
- Drive for results and very customer oriented.
- Flexibility; must be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced.
- work environment.
- Available Monday to Friday daytime and Saturdays occasionally
