Job Description :

• Min 15+ Years of experience with 5+ years as a 3DExperience solution architect
• Must have architected at least three 3DExperience Enovia implementation or transformation programs..
• Should have strong experience in leading architect team to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Ability to build strong team in remote conditions
• Should have ability to identify and select right talent
• Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services
• Act as key Contributor of the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework
• Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
• Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
• Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
• Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DExperience Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
• Leverage collaboration between Capgemini organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
• Support Consultants and architects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of managing and mentoring junior talent.

Technical Skills :

• Experience handling large scale 3DExperience programs is desirable.
• Experience in Agile development especially on Agile SAFe.
• Experience in Analyzing business processes and business requirements
• Exposure to Cloud technologies, DevOps
• Define software architecture, Technology strategy and executing feasibility study
• Follow company standards, Forecast workload
• Technical inclination / understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations

Additional Skills :

• Must have exposure of Engineering and Manufacturing IT implementation / support in various Industry sector
• TOGAF certified is highly desirable
• Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role
• Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast
