We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.

Job Description

What you’re responsible for :

  • Analyzing supply chain data, including route performance, demand forecasts, and transportation costs, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining supply chain models and metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, logistics, and operations.
  • Monitoring performance and conducting evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key findings, and proposing solutions for supply chain optimization
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To join our team :

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role within supply chain management
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (, ERP systems, MRP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and dashboard creation considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
