Senior Task Specialist

Supporting a small team, key responsibilities include collaborating with members, executing administrative tasks, updating multiple databases, event coordination, and ad-hoc research for projects.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Bilingualism required to communicate with clients in the US or in other provinces outside of Quebec
- Ideally two years of experience in office administration; minute taking experience is an asset
- Excellent administrative / clerical skills, demonstrating strong communication skills, phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail, well organized; ability to multitask, juggle priorities, meeting deadlines effectively
- Strong proficiency using MS Office and navigate multiple databases
- Experience in event planning and research-based work are assets
