Payroll and Benefits Specialist - Bilingual (French / English)Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their team in downtown Montreal.
This hybrid role requires the candidate to have the proper permit to work in Canada.Key Responsibilities : Process and manage bi-weekly / monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer group benefits programs including health, dental, and retirement plans.Coordinate benefits enrollment and updates.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle tax submissions.Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits information.Qualifications : Bilingual fluency in French and English.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field.3-5 years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably in banking.
