Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals
• Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes
• Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner
• Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards
• Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements
• Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects
• Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives
