Salary : $36,000–$60,000 per year + Bonus

CHAT Insurance is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing insurance brokerages, proudly serving over 30,000 clients with nine branches across the GTA and Ottawa. Our Commercial Lines team supports a wide range of businesses with professional, reliable, and tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals
- Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes
- Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner
- Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards
- Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects
- Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives
