On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Business Analyst.

Business Analyst Job Duties :

the Business Analyst will be key members of the Cloud Services team.  The team is seeking qualified project resources to support the gathering and documentation of business requirements needed to implement IT infrastructure, cloud, and other strategic initiatives.  The duties of the Business Analyst will include :

• Leading site strategic implementation sessions with clinical / operational / business leadership committees,
• Leading tactical implementation sessions with programs and departments,
• Designing and deploying strategic project implementation approaches with programs and departments,
• Validating and documenting current state and future state workflows for specific IT use cases with engaged programs / departments,
• Identifying and facilitating any updates required to existing policies, guidelines and processes that impact the use of changing technologies,
• Supporting the development of change management tactics, mobile application toolkits, instructions, and training materials,
• Developing or assisting in the development of design documents, requirements analysis, testing plans, test cases, use cases, process flows, procedures, and policies,
• Supporting the development of business cases and briefing notes as required,
• Working with health authorities and technical teams from multiple organizations including IMITS, Vendors, and VPP,
• Supporting the retirement of sunsetting technologies with many aspects of project delivery including planning, risk management, deliverables, communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement, and
• Performing other project activities as directed by the project manager and the program manager as needed.

10. Excellent written and oral communication skills

11. Strong presentation skills

12. Good proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

13. Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks with constantly changing requirements

14. Demonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations

15. Experience working collaboratively with team members at all levels to solve problems

16. Strong organizational and time management skills
