Job Description
- Cleaning and maintaining the shop facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of trash and debris
- Ensuring that all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Assisting mechanics with minor tasks as needed, such as retrieving tools, moving equipment, or performing basic repairs
- Traveling to local suppliers or vendors to pick up parts and supplies for maintenance jobs
- Maintaining accurate records of activities, inventory, and parts pick-ups
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, mechanics, and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and willingness to
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
