2026 Summit GAP Program is a 10‑week experience designed to help young adults 18‑25 find purpose, peace, and rest in the Colorado Rockies. The program combines seasonal work with guided reflection, intentional community, and spiritual growth.

What does a typical week look like?
This seasonal position works 4 days (32 hours week) at $15.16 per hour. Each week has a dedicated Summit Day and two days off.
What are Summit Days?
Summit Days are a daily shared experience of work, reflection, mentorship, and service. Participants explore values, stretch comfort zones, and rekindle community and faith.

What does work look like?
You will receive a seasonal job in food service or housekeeping at the YMCA of the Rockies. After completion, participants may receive an extension of up to 5–6 months in their current or another department.
Do I get paid as a participant of Summit Program?
This position pays $15.16 an hour with a deduction of $170 a week for the Rocky Mountain Living Package, which includes shared dormitory rooms, three buffet‑style meals per day, access to YMCA facilities, free skiing passes, gear rentals, staff programming, and discounted stays for family and friends.
