Account Manager

Summary

Responsible for all sales activities associated with new business development and ongoing customer support and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate revenue growth with customers
• Responsible for quoting new and existing business for existing customers
• Coordinate pricing and quote activity with internal resources
• Work with Plant Manager and internal operations to ensure customer objectives are met
• Review new and open order reports with customers as demand requires
• Create customer support and transition plans to enable successful production launches
• Assist internal team when launching new customer programs
• Communicate with customers to understand future manufacturing requirements and potential adjustments needed within internal organization to support customer roadmap
• Maintain constant awareness of competitive landscape
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business
