Duties :  Provide back-up coverage for the regular Instructional Assistant. Under the direction of the instructor(s), responsibilities include :

• Assist students with off campus and in class assignments
• Model work skills and work-related behavior at the work site and provide job coaching
• Assist individuals or small groups with various learning assignments, including a tutoring following the instructional plans
• Arrangement and supervision of work placements which may be on or off campus

Qualifications

Social Service Worker Certificate or equivalent / related educational background along with experience in the field of adult special education.
