ABOUT THE TEAM
The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for leading PSP’s transversal approach to partnerships across a range of partners, including banking, GP and peer relationships.
The team works closely with investment teams and the PSP Executive Committee to add tangible value through our partnerships to support PSP’s strategic goals.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Analyst, Strategic Partnerships, you will support the team with activities required to :
Support the execution of an organization-wide Strategic Partnerships strategy to enhance connectivity, information sharing and PSP’s abilities to create and capitalize on synergies, utilizing technology to facilitate transversal communications and information sharing
Identify, build and cultivate high quality strategic relationships to drive value and complement PSP’s capabilities across our ecosystem
Maintain and evolve the PSP partner ecosystem, including relationship reviews and executive briefing prep, interacting with various teams transversally for proactive planning of activities
Serve as an ambassador, helping to develop and build upon PSP’s brand, promoting and clarifying our strategy and our approach to key partner relationships
Support the leadership team in communications and key messages around strategy and partnerships
Contribute to various initiatives as the Strategic Partnerships representative (strategy, governance, communication, process improvements, etc.
articulating the team’s needs and requirements from a partnership perspective
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree with consistent outstanding academic record
Relevant work (up to 3 years) or internship experience (e.g., consulting, investment management, corporate planning)
Critical and strategic thinking, with demonstrated analytical skills
Relationship / interpersonal skills - ability to work collaboratively and transversally
Rigorous approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a high-performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines
Basic understanding of financial concepts. Considered an asset : relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP)
High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
