Courier Driver

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring all shipments conform to Federal Express Canada features of service . You will also deliver related customer service functions in a timely manner.

As a Courier Driver at FedEx, you’ll handle packages up to 150 lbs using the appropriate equipment, maintain a good driving record , and demonstrate excellent customer service skills on every delivery. About the role : Courier Driver

In this position, you will pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route, checking each shipment for conformity to FedEx Canada’s features of service . You’ll navigate Canadian Customs regulations when needed and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will also be responsible for managing customer interactions , verifying shipment details, and maintaining a high standard of time management and organization . You must be able to multitask, handle stress , and work in a highly pressured environment .
