Qualifications :
TheOpportunity : Responsible for thePreventative Maintenance (PM) and repairs on all mechanical andelectrical systems. For deficiencies identified during PMinspections collaborates with managers if additional resources arerequired.
Shall maintain a spare parts inventory for all equipmentrelated to the above mentioned systems. Shall maintaincomprehensive records related to PM inspections repairs completedand equipment life cycles.

Responsiblefor PM inspections and carrying out repairs to all equipmentmachinery related to the chilled water system potable andnonpotable water systems steam lines kitchen equipment laundryequipment and the HVACsystems
Torespond to guest requests as required from Royal Service to carryout repairs and maintenance in guest rooms and public areasincluding however not limited to unplugging toilets bathtubs& sinks changing light bulbs a / c unit TV remote controlswindows furniture switches receptaclesetc.
Responsiblefor identifying and inventorying all spare parts required tomaintain all the above mentioned equipment andsystems.
Responsiblefor maintaining accurate comprehensive PM documentation for eachHVAC plumbing and electricalsystems.
Responsiblefor maintaining all work areas mechanical and electrical rooms in aclean and safecondition
Performsother related duties asassigned.
Willwork weekends holidays and shift work asscheduled
