Position Overview :

As a Parts Supervisor youll lead a team responsible for parts functions ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with company standards. If youre organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is a role for you!

For this position the expected base salary range is between $85000 and $100000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.

Job Description :

• Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers.
• Plan organize and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments.
• Provide training and support for all parts functions as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers delivering superior service.
• Facilitate change management in a demanding customer-focused environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes.
• Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
