- Oversee event planning and execution, coordinating logistics to deliver seamless experiences for events of all sizes, ensuring alignment with their community-focused mission.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to enhance their community offerings, identify opportunities for increased engagement, and implement programs to boost membership and attendance.
- Develop strong relationships with members, guests, community partners, and local vendors to support community-building and long-term collaborations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the team by promoting a positive, team-oriented work culture, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring consistent performance standards across all functions.
Requirements
- Strong background in hospitality management and F&B with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Financial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets and sales targets.
