Looking for a Bilingual (French and English) Dispatcher who will provide exceptional customer service to clients and is passionate about dispatching.

The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling crews, planning routes, and coordination of the logistics.

Responsibilities

The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling crews, planning routes, and coordination of the logistics.

• Plan and coordinate the movement according to customer needs
• Maintain communication and updates between driving crews and customers, ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Be in constant communication with supervisor en route
• Primary contact for crews
• Handle any problems at hand, update statuses and update clients

Qualifications

• French and English is necessary
• 2 to 4 years experience in logistics / dispatching for freight
• Good geographical knowledge of MTL / QC regions
• A true team player who posses leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
• Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
